Welcome to Rocky Summit! This huge 4-story home is filled with amenities to entertain your whole family. The first floor has garage access, the staircase, and an elevator. The second floor features a game room, half bathroom, and access to the large patio. The game room has a kitchenette, a 65-inch Smart TV, a shuffleboard table, and plenty of board games. Also, on the 2nd floor is a bedroom and yoga studio that has floor-to-ceiling windows, yoga mats, and a couch that pulls out into a Queen-size bed. On the 3rd floor, there are 2 King suite bedrooms, a den with a couch, Smart TV, and a laundry room, as well as an office space. The top floor hosts the main kitchen and living room, featuring beautiful views, plush seating, a 55-inch Smart TV, a gas fireplace, and a dining table for 6. The kitchen is fully stocked and has plenty of room to cook and enjoy a meal with your family. On the 4th floor is another bedroom with a Full and Twin-size bunk bed with a Twin trundle. There is also a full bathroom that connects to the bedroom and kitchen featuring a large spa-like soaking tub. Outside, there is a small patio space with 2 chairs overlooking the lake, perfect for enjoying morning coffee. This property allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. The home is just a short walk away from a beach area at Beaver Lake and only 10 minutes to Downtown Rogers, an area filled with unique shops, restaurants, and bars. The property is down a short dirt road, and while 4-wheel drive is recommended, it is not required. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee has been paid. If an unapproved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM.
