Dogs are welcome with a maximum of three, requiring a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs found at the property without prior notice or any cats will incur a fine of $400. Ample parking is available, and firewood for the wood-burning stove is stocked beneath the covered carport for guest use. Situated on a quiet country road, the property is walkable to Beaver Lake, just 0.5 miles away, with Hickory Creek Marina only 1.1 miles distant. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking inside will incur a $1000 fine plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM.
