Kid-friendly amenities such as a Pack 'n Play and children's dinnerware are available. Dogs are welcome with a maximum of three allowed, and a fee of $90 per dog must be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Situated on a quiet country road, the property is walkable to Beaver Lake, just 0.5 miles away, with Hickory Creek Marina only 1.1 miles away. Unauthorized parties or events will incur a fine of $1000. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking will result in a fine of $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM.
