Relax on high-end memory foam mattresses in all bedrooms, and enjoy entertainment on two Smart TVs. The property also includes a propane BBQ grill, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, and a washer and dryer on site. The kid-friendly environment includes a Pack 'n Play and children's dinnerware. Dogs are welcome with a maximum of three allowed and require a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Situated on a quiet country road, this property is walkable to Beaver Lake, just 0.5 miles away, and Hickory Creek Marina, 1.1 miles away. Enjoy a private acre of land surrounding the home, complete with a gas BBQ grill, outdoor seating, and shade trees. The gravel driveway and covered carport offer ample parking for four or more vehicles. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home, and if you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee has been paid. If an unapproved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes. Water levels are subject to change due to environmental factors, and cancellations due to water levels will not be honored outside of the cancellation policy.
