Guests are welcome to bring a maximum of two animals only, with a charge of $150 per pet for additional or unauthorized animals. Pet owners are responsible for tidying up the property after taking their animals outdoors. A $50 fee will be added to reservations that require additional cleaning outside after animals. The building is located directly across from UAMS hospital and the emergency entrance. Nearby bus stops are just a 4-minute walk away. While it's not a big issue for most, we recommend ear plugs for sound-sensitive guests. No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the unit or garage. There will be an additional cleaning fee of $500 per incidentals. Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 7 AM daily to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
