The giant, fully stocked kitchen has all the essentials you need to create your favorite meals, plus a Nespresso pod maker and carafe coffee maker. Relax in the living room and enjoy your favorite shows and movies on the 55-inch Smart TV with Roku. There is also a working fireplace in the living room, a washer and dryer for guest use, and extra linens and towels during your stay. Two kayaks are available for guest use. A pack 'n Play and children’s dinnerware are available. An EV charging station is available. With 700 feet of lake shoreline, this home offers breathtaking panoramic views and direct access to all that Beaver Lake has to offer. It is a 15-minute drive to Hobbs State Park, great for hiking and mountain biking. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with the host, and the event fee has been paid. If an unapproved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. Pets are not allowed at this property. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. Smoking is prohibited in this home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Enter the lake at your own risk. The house uses well water, which is regularly treated though a slight sulfur odor is to be expected. County-wide burn bans may be in effect during your stay, which could limit use of the fire pit. Water levels are subject to change at any time due to environmental factors outside of the host’s control which may impact the accessibility and appearance of the lake. Cancellations due to water levels will not be honored outside of the cancellation policy.
