The open-concept living room and kitchen feature gorgeous floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the lake, and the living room includes a working fireplace and a 55-inch Smart TV with Roku. The outdoor living space is the true star of Bird’s Eye Retreat, with a furnished wrap-around deck, a wood-burning fire pit, a gas fire pit, an outdoor dining table, and a propane grill. A second outdoor living space includes a fire pit, Adirondack seating, and a hammock overlooking Beaver Lake. The home is equipped with an EV charging station for your convenience. Extra linens and towels are provided during your stay, and the property is kid-friendly, offering a Pack 'n Play and children’s dinnerware. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. This is a non-smoking home, and if you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host, and an event fee has been paid. Unauthorized parties will incur a fine of $1000. The property is not pet-friendly, and pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
