The large, fully equipped kitchen has all the essentials you need to create your favorite dishes, plus dining space for six. When you’re not out on the water, relax in the living room and enjoy your favorite shows and movies on the 55-inch Smart TV with Roku. The outdoor living space is the true star of Bird’s Eye Retreat! Sit back and enjoy the panoramic views of the lake or fire up the propane grill for a meal in the great outdoors. The property includes a luxury hot tub and sauna with seating for ten. An EV charging station is available for guests with electric vehicles. The home is kid-friendly, offering a Pack 'n Play and children’s dinnerware. With 700 feet of lake shoreline, the home offers breathtaking panoramic views and direct access to all that Beaver Lake has to offer. Located just a 15-minute drive to Hobbs State Park, it's great for hiking and mountain biking. Guests can enjoy lake access via two marked trails and have the use of two kayaks available at the west lake access area. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee has been paid. If an unapproved party or event is discovered, a fine of $1000 will be imposed. This property is not pet-friendly, and pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking inside will result in a $1000 fine plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Enter the lake at your own risk. The house uses well water, which is regularly treated, though a slight sulfur odor is to be expected. Water levels are subject to change due to environmental factors, which may impact the accessibility and appearance of the lake. The third bedroom includes a desk for those who need a workspace during their stay. A laptop computer is not included.
