The cozy main living room has huge windows overlooking the lake, and the fully stocked kitchen is perfect for preparing meals. A second living space in the downstairs bedroom features a large Smart TV. The home sleeps up to 12 guests in four bedrooms, including king, queen, and bunk beds. This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of three, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. The house is located in the small, rural town of Garfield and has views of Beaver Lake but no direct access from the house. The nearest beach is at Lost Bridge Marina, just 1.4 miles down the road. The house is located off a gravel road, and a 4-wheel drive is recommended. It is 18 miles from Downtown Rogers. There is no direct lake access from the house because its elevated location is too high. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
