Guests can enjoy the Lost Bridge Facilities such as the recreation center, swimming pool, tennis court and library with a small daily fee. Drive just 2.3 miles down the road to explore Beaver Lake at Lost Bridge Marina, or take a 45-minute drive to downtown Eureka Springs. Located in a quiet neighborhood, this is the ultimate private lake getaway. Enjoy sweeping Beaver Lake and Ozark Mountain views from every room. Walmart is approximately a 25-minute drive away but offers home delivery service or pickup. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host, and the event fee has been paid; unapproved parties or events will incur a $1000 fine. Pets are not permitted at the property; pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. Smoking is prohibited in the home; smoking in the home will incur a fine of $1000 plus the cost of any necessary smoke remediation. The indoor fireplace is not available for guest use. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. County-wide burn bans may be in effect during your stay, which could limit use of the fire pit.
