Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee has been paid; an unapproved party or event will result in a $1000 fine. This property is not pet-friendly; pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. Smoking is prohibited in the home; smoking in the home will result in a fine of $1000 plus the cost of any necessary smoke remediation.
