The Lake Escape offers direct access to Beaver Lake and is located 5.2 miles from Lost Bridge Marina and a 2-mile boat ride from Rocky Branch Marina. The outdoor living space includes seating and a fire pit, as well as an outdoor gas burner. Inside, there are two living spaces: a formal living room with plush seating, a Smart TV, and deck access, and a game room with a ping pong table, cozy seating, a 55-inch TV with a DVD player and a selection of movies, a wet bar, and backyard access. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to cook for your entire crew. Extra linens and towels are provided, along with a washer and dryer for guest use. Wi-Fi is satellite and not designed to handle streaming or other high-speed options. A Pack N' Play is available for guests with young children. This property is situated on 2.5 acres of land, providing an ultimate private lake getaway. Enjoy the fresh Northwest Arkansas air and views of lush greenery and Beaver Lake from the large back deck. Guests will have access to the entire house, all appliances, kitchen supplies, and amenities. Basic amenities are provided in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room to get you started on your trip, but guests are responsible for purchasing additional items if they run out. Exterior cameras may be present for security purposes. The property is not pet-friendly, and pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee is paid. Unauthorized parties will result in a $1000 fine. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking will result in a $1000 fine plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Water levels may change due to environmental factors, and cancellations due to water levels will not be honored outside of the cancellation policy. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM.
