The Lakeview Retreat boasts two living rooms, both with deck access, and can accommodate up to 10 guests. Enjoy a pool table, board games, and a downstairs kitchenette with a full-size fridge, microwave, and bar seating. The home features two jet-powered bathtubs, a fire pit, a Keurig coffee maker, and luxury linens in all bedrooms. A washer and dryer are also available for guest use. The main level includes a living room with massive windows offering a full view of the furnished upper deck overlooking Beaver Lake. The first bedroom features a Queen-size bed, luxury linens, and a skylight. The bunk room includes 3 bunk beds with twin-size pillow-top mattresses, a 50-inch Samsung Smart TV, and a classic Nintendo game system. The state-of-the-art kitchen and open living and dining spaces lead to the upper-level deck. The private master suite includes a King-size bed, an en suite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower, and private deck access. Downstairs, a secondary living space offers a pool table, kitchenette, board games, and a 75-inch LG Smart TV. Another master suite with a King-size bed and en suite bathroom is located here, with access to the lower deck. The property is not pet-friendly and pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. Located on Beaver Lake, the Lakeview Retreat provides direct access to the lake via a walking path from the backyard to the waterfront. The fireplace is not for guest use. We recommend 4-wheel or all-wheel-drive vehicles due to the steep driveway, which can be slick at times. Water levels may change due to environmental factors, and cancellations due to water levels will not be honored outside of the cancellation policy. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host, and an event fee has been paid. Unapproved parties or events will result in a $1000 fine. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking will incur a $1000 fine plus smoke remediation costs. Access the lake at your own risk, and all children 16 and under must wear life vests, which are provided in the laundry room. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM.
