The Lakeview Retreat offers two living rooms, both with deck access, and can accommodate up to 10 guests. Enjoy the pool table, board games, and a downstairs kitchenette with a full-size fridge, microwave, and bar seating. The home features two jet-powered bathtubs, a fire pit for guest use, a Keurig coffee maker, and luxury linens in all bedrooms. The main level includes a bedroom with a Queen-size bed and a bunk room with 3 bunk beds (6 beds total) with twin-size pillow-top mattresses. The private master suite has a King-size bed, an en suite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower, and private deck access. Downstairs, find another master suite with a King-size bed and an en suite bathroom. Guests will have access to the entire house, all appliances, kitchen supplies, and amenities. Basic amenities are provided in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room to get you started on your trip. Exterior cameras may be present for security purposes. Located on Beaver Lake, guests have direct access to the lake via a walking path from the backyard to the waterfront. The property is not pet-friendly, and pets discovered will incur a fine of $400. The fireplace is not for guest use. The driveway is steep, so 4-wheel/all-wheel-drive vehicles are recommended. Water levels may change due to environmental factors, and cancellations due to water levels will not be honored. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. Unauthorized parties or events will incur a fine of $1000, and unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking will result in a $1000 fine plus smoke remediation costs. Access the lake at your own risk, and children 16 and under must wear life vests, which are provided in the laundry room. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM.
