No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host, and unapproved parties will incur a $1000 fine. For safety, Side-by-Sides and 4-Wheelers are not permitted on the property or nearby areas. The sophisticated office space includes a desk, chair, keyboard, and printer, making it perfect for remote work. A laptop computer is not included.
