Except as set forth in this section, if Resident is found to have a pet on the Property at any time, without the written consent of Landlord, then, unless prohibited by law, Resident shall pay a fine, as specified in the Lease and will be in default of the Lease and Landlord shall have the right to exercise its remedies under this Lease and under applicable law, including without limitation, the right to terminate this Lease.
