The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with all the luxury amenities you'll need to create your favorite meals. Upstairs, a second lounge area awaits with a long couch, lounge chair, and 38-inch Samsung Smart TV. The townhome offers three private bedrooms: a master bedroom with a king bed, closet, 38-inch Sony Smart TV, and en-suite bath with shower; a queen bedroom with a closet, desk, and nearby bath; and a third bedroom with a queen bed, closet, vanity, and nearby bath. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee has been paid. Unauthorized parties will incur a fine of $1000. This property is not pet-friendly, and pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking will result in a fine of $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM.
