It features three bedrooms with premium linens, two full baths with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, and a fully stocked kitchen with cookware, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, and modern appliances. The open living and dining area is great for groups to connect, unwind, or share meals. In-unit laundry is available for guest use, and fast Wi-Fi makes it perfect for remote workers or post-ride route planning. Relax your muscles in the private hot tub after a long day on the trails, and take advantage of the secure bike storage, hose for washing, and garage space available. Free on-site parking is available, and bike-friendly routes connect you to Coler, Slaughter Pen, and downtown. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area. Situated on a quiet street, Coler Lounge offers direct access to Bentonville’s top trails and is less than a 5-minute ride or drive to Downtown Bentonville. The peaceful neighborhood provides the best of both adventure and rest. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house, and pets are not allowed at any time on the property. No parties, events, or large gatherings are permitted. This home is best suited for small groups or families. Please be respectful of the neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Violation of any house rules will result in fines of $250, along with the cost of any damages and/or extra cleaning costs. Check-in is after 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you need a late check-out, we’ll do our best to accommodate. The hot tub is located on the back porch, and hot tub towels are in the hall closet. Turn off the jets after use, and use plastic cups for drinks in the hot tub area. Rinse off before entering the hot tub to keep the water clean, and ensure no children are in the hot tub without adult supervision.
