The open-concept living area features a large sectional sofa, a smart TV with streaming apps, board games, and books for downtime. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, a dishwasher, modern appliances, a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and generous counter space. There are 2 full bathrooms with fresh towels, soaps, and a hair dryer. The backyard features a private hot tub for post-ride recovery, a gas grill for outdoor meals, and a patio seating area with string lights for evening relaxation. This home offers free parking and Bentonville’s bike path network connects directly to Coler, Slaughter Pen, and Downtown. Violation of any house rules will result in fines to the guest of $250, along with the cost of any damages and extra cleaning costs. Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you need a late check-out, we’ll do our best to accommodate. The hot tub is located on the back porch and hot tub towels are in the hall closet. Turn off the jets after use. No glass in the hot tub area—use plastic cups for drinks. Rinse off before entering the hot tub to keep the water clean and ensure no children are in the hot tub without adult supervision.
