It is also just 0.3 miles from The Momentary, 0.7 miles to 8th St. Market, 1.3 miles from Crystal Bridges, and 1 mile from the Walmart Home Office. Inside, the living room features a large Smart TV with all your favorite streaming channels, along with plush seating. The kitchen is fully stocked to prepare a meal or just a great cup of coffee. Downstairs, you will find an additional room with a desk and chair to catch up on some work if needed. Spend time outside in the private, fully fenced-in backyard with cozy seating. When it is time to turn in for the night, choose from one of the two bedrooms upstairs: one with a queen-size bed, closet, and a nearby half bath, and the other with two twin-size beds, closet, and a nearby half bath. The full bathroom is downstairs by the kitchen. This property is pet-friendly with a small fee. A kennel and dog bowls are available. The property only allows dogs, with a maximum of three, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
