Large trucks, SUVs, and vans will not fit in the garage or the designated street parking. The townhome is ideally located within 2 blocks of Downtown Bentonville, the Town Square, and Blake Street House. It is less than 1.5 miles to Crystal Bridges, The Momentary, and 8th Street Market. With plenty of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops nearby, everything is easily walkable. The trailside patio has direct access to the Slaughter Pen Trailhead, and it backs up to Compton Gardens, a lush trail leading straight to Crystal Bridges. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host, and an event fee has been paid. Unauthorized parties will incur a fine of $1000. This property is not pet-friendly, and pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking will result in a $1000 fine plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Parking in the shared driveway is not permitted.
