The second and third bedrooms each feature a queen-size bed with luxury linens. The home sleeps up to 8 guests with a queen-size air mattress available. Basic amenities are provided in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room to get you started on your trip, but guests are responsible for purchasing additional items if needed during their stay. The Trailblazer is ideally located across the street from Old Tiger Track, offering a public park, playground, track, and fields for guest use. Access local farm-fresh produce and eggs at Red Barn, just a short walk across Tiger Street. Walk or bike to Crystal Bridges or the Square via the trail system, and explore beyond Slaughter Pen with an easy 7-minute bike ride to Coler MTB Preserve or Bentonville Square. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee is paid. Unauthorized parties or events will incur a fine of $1000. This property is not pet-friendly, and pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking will result in a fine of $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. Do not block the shared driveway between homes. Exterior cameras may be present for security purposes.
