The huge wrap-around patio features a grill, seating, dining table, and fire pit. The open living space boasts a large, cozy couch and Smart TV, and there's a private office with a desk and TV. The home has four bedrooms upstairs and bunk beds in the game room, along with a fully stocked kitchen and a washer and dryer. This property allows dogs, with a maximum of three, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. A dog wash station is available. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Bentonville is home to Northwest Arkansas' premier mountain bike trails, restaurants, and museums. Walk, drive, or easily ride your bike to access all the amenities downtown Bentonville has to offer. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. This is a non-smoking home, and if you smoke indoors, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. The fireplaces in the living room, primary bedroom, and office are decorative only and not intended for guest use. The pool cover is automatic and should not be moved manually.
