Located along the Lago Vista Trail that connects to Tunnel Vision and the famous Little Sugar MTB Trail, this home is also 1 mile to Lake Avalon, 1.7 miles from Tanyard Creek Nature Trail, 2.5 miles to Bella Vista Country Club, 3 miles to Mildred B. Cooper Memorial Chapel, 5 miles to Kingsdale Golf Course, and 11 miles to Downtown Bentonville. Bella Vista is home to Northwest Arkansas' premier mountain bike trails, nature trails, golf courses, and lakes! Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. Renters must complete a guest card listing each guest’s name in order to access amenities, per Bella Vista POA rules. A $30 processing fee is associated with this pass and must be paid prior to your arrival. Please note that while the pass grants access to most recreational facilities, it is not an all-access free ticket.
