Parking on-site is free. Up to two dogs are welcome with an additional fee of $75 per pet per stay due to extra cleaning needs. For a pleasant stay, please crate your dogs when you're out and keep them off the furniture. It's crucial to pick up after your pets. An additional $50 will be charged if droppings are left behind in the yard, as this covers the cost of removal. Unregistered overnight guests will incur a $50 fee per night of their stay. Late check-outs that haven't been pre-approved will result in a $100 fee. If more than 90 minutes late, the charge will be the greater of either $250 or the full rate for another night. Early check-ins, if not pre-arranged, are not permitted. Please do not use bathroom towels to clean your bikes. A charge will apply for replacing them.
