Parking on-site is free. Up to two dogs are welcome with an additional fee of $75 per pet per stay due to extra cleaning needs. For a pleasant stay, please crate your dogs when you're out and keep them off the furniture. It's crucial to pick up after your pets. An additional $50 will be charged if droppings are left behind in the yard, as this covers the cost of removal. Should you wish to smoke, please do so outside and properly dispose of butts. Should you smoke inside, a charge for the cost of smoke remediation, which can run more than $1,000, will apply. Parties or events are strictly prohibited unless pre-arranged. Unregistered overnight guests will incur a $50 fee per night of their stay. Late check-outs that haven't been pre-approved will result in a $100 fee. If more than 90 minutes late, the greater of either $250 or the full rate for another night will be charged. Early check-ins, if not pre-arranged, are not permitted. If our cleaning team finishes ahead of schedule, they will notify you, and you can then check in without an extra fee. Do not use bathroom towels to clean bikes. If you do, a charge for replacing them will apply. All guests must be registered to comply with local ordinances and regulations. By booking this property, guests acknowledge that they may be required to electronically sign an agreement confirming their understanding and acceptance of these house rules. In rare cases, guests may also be asked to provide a nominal security deposit. This request is based on our guest screening algorithm, which flags certain reservations as higher risk. The deposit, if requested, will be fully refundable provided there are no damages or violations of the house rules. Quiet hours are between 20:00 - 8:00.
