The home is just six minutes from Blowing Springs Mountain Bike Park and Tanyard Creek Nature Trail, and eight minutes from the Bella Vista Back 40 Trail Head. It features three bedrooms with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, another king-size bed in the second bedroom, and a queen-size bed and full-size bunkbed in the third bedroom. The open concept living room includes board games and cards, and there's a 'take a book & leave a book' bookshelf. Enjoy three outdoor living areas: a back patio with seating and a BBQ grill, a private dock with seating on Lake Rayburn, and a fire pit in the front yard. A washer and dryer are available for guest use. Renters must complete a guest card listing each guest’s name to access amenities, with a $30 processing fee required prior to arrival. The pass grants access to most recreational facilities, but amenities such as pools, lakes, fitness centers, tennis, and golf still require payment of applicable usage fees. The Bella Vista POA Member Services office is not open on weekends, so cards cannot be issued on those days. Please contact the guest services team at least five business days prior to your stay. Located within 10 minutes of some of Northwest Arkansas's premium hiking, biking, and walking trails, this home is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. The property offers sweeping views of the Ozark Mountains and Lake Rayburn, providing a serene and picturesque setting. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee has been paid. Unauthorized parties or events will incur a $1000 fine. This property is not pet-friendly, and pets discovered at the property will incur a $400 fine. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a $100 per hour fine.
