The apartment is spacious with luxury amenities and plenty of natural light throughout. It sleeps six with three beds, including two queen beds and a queen pullout bed. The cozy living room offers everything you need for rest and relaxation, including a dining space for six. The kitchen is equipped with all amenities and appliances needed for staying in, and there is a washer and dryer for guest use. Enjoy the back patio with seating and a shared outdoor area with bike racks and a bike wash station. Per Bella Vista POA rules, renters must fill out a guest card with each guest's name to use amenities such as fitness centers, lakes, boating, fishing, tennis, and golf. There is a $30 fee associated with this, and it must be taken care of prior to your arrival. The Bella Vista POA Member Services office is not open during weekends, so cards cannot be issued on those days. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee has been paid. If an unapproved party or event is discovered, a fine of $1000 will be imposed. This property is not pet-friendly, and pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking in the home will result in a fine of $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM.
