The kitchenette is equipped with all the necessary amenities and appliances for dining in, and there's a dining space for four. A washer and dryer are available for guest use, and the shared outdoor area includes bike racks and a bike wash station. Renters must fill out a guest card with each guest's name to use amenities such as fitness centers, lakes, boating, fishing, tennis, and golf.
