Enjoy the spacious dining area and spend time outside in the backyard with a grill, table, and landscaping. When it's time to turn in for the night, choose from one of the three private bedrooms: the primary bedroom with a king-size bed, Smart TV, closet, and an attached private bathroom; the second bedroom with a king-size bed, Smart TV, closet, and an attached shared bathroom; and the third bedroom with a queen-size bed, Smart TV, closet, and a nearby bathroom. Per Bella Vista POA rules, renters must complete a guest card listing each guest’s name to access amenities. A $30 processing fee is associated with this pass, and it must be paid prior to your arrival. While the pass grants access to most recreational facilities, amenities such as pools, lakes, fitness centers, tennis, and golf still require payment of applicable usage fees. The Bella Vista POA Member Services office is not open on weekends, so cards cannot be issued on those days. Please contact the guest services team regarding this inquiry at least 5 business days prior to your stay. Bella Vista is home to Northwest Arkansas' premier mountain bike trails, nature trails, golf courses, and lakes. Explore the extensive bike trails, as the home is just 0.6 miles to the Little Sugar Trailhead and 5 miles from Tanyard Creek trails. The property is also 2 miles to Lake Lomond and 14 miles to Downtown Bentonville. Walk, drive, or ride your bike around town to enjoy all the nearby attractions. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. This property is not pet-friendly, and pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking indoors will result in a fine of $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM.
