Enjoy the outdoors every day on the spacious covered patio/deck and nights in front of the fire pit stargazing. You can even plant your own garden and watch it grow! We would love to find a awesome handyman or handywoman to help out with our many projects on our 80 acres in exchange for monthly rent but it's not required. Seniors and retirees are also welcome! Immediate availability with 1st months rent of $750 and security deposit of $750 are required at move in. After you view and approve of the property, a rental application along with a background check ($50 fee), and current photo ID are required. Our standard Arizona lease agreement is on a yearly basis, NO short term or monthly rental. Outdoor smoking is allowed.
