The bedroom features a queen-size bed with pillows, linens, and sheets, an office desk and chair, and reading lamps. The inviting full bathroom is completely private and stocked with all essential toiletries. One parking space is included, and check-in instructions on how to access the garage will be sent before your stay. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. An additional cleaning fee is required per pet: $25 per night for 1-7 nights, $200 for 8-29 nights, and $300 for 30+ nights. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats and dogs are allowed. If pets are brought without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. Early check-in/check-out may be accommodated at a fee of $25 per hour, subject to availability. For delayed checkout, there is a $500 late check-out fee. Lost or unreturned keys incur an $80 fee for key replacements and $150 for key fob replacements. Violations may result in cancellation of booking and removal from the property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy, and unauthorized guests will incur a $100 fine per guest. Smoking is prohibited on the property, including balconies and around the building. A $500 fine will be imposed for any signs of smoking. Parking violations are the responsibility of the guest. A rental usage agreement must be signed, and guest verification is required, including providing a government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. Check-in instructions may be withheld until verification is completed. In the event of repeated violations, local law enforcement may be involved, and associated expenses will be the responsibility of the guest.
