The bedroom offers a queen-size bed with pillows, linens, and sheets, along with an office desk and chair, and reading lamps. The inviting full bathroom is stocked with all essential toiletries, so you don’t have to worry about packing anything extra. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. An additional cleaning fee is required per pet: $25 per night for 1-7 nights, $200 for 8-29 nights, and $300 for 30+ nights. There is a 2-pet maximum and only cats and dogs are allowed. A one-time charge of $50 per pet is required for the Pooprints program, which includes registration and a swab at the leasing office. If a pet defecates and it is not picked up, a $500 fine per occurrence applies. If pets are brought without prior notification, a $500 fee will be charged. Early check-in/check-out may be available at a fee of $25 per hour, and a $500 late check-out fee applies without exception.
