The fully equipped kitchen features a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker with coffee essentials, electric kettle, sink with hot and cold water, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, and a dining table with chairs. The bedroom features a queen-size bed with pillows, linens, and sheets, an office desk and chair, and reading lamps. The full bathroom is stocked with essential toiletries, and includes a bath with a shower, wash basin, mirror, toilet, towels, hand towels, and washcloths. One parking space is included. If you are bringing a pet, please let us know beforehand for the fees: 1-7 Nights: additional $25/night, 8-29 Nights: additional $200, and 30+ Nights: additional $300. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. Depending on our cleaning schedule, early check-in/check-out may be accommodated at a fee of $25/hour with 24 hours notice. Guest verification is required, and all guests must be 23 years old and above. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. There is a $100 fine per unauthorized guest if discovered. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am everyday. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. If the noise monitors are tampered with, there will be a fee. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning.
