If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. If the parking pass is not printed, we do not assume any responsibility for parking violations issued to guests who fail to comply with our parking guidelines. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $500 fee. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late checkout fee. If a lockbox is provided, it must be kept locked at all times.
