He retired from professional baseball in 1983 and turned his attention to real estate. In 1997, Mike made the move to Keller Williams Realty where he continues to earn accolades and provide amazing service to his clients today. Mike has on numerous occasions, been the #1 Producing Team for Keller Williams Realty International. Beyond that, he has taken on an active role with the corporate office of Keller Williams Realty International, sitting on their President’s Advisory Board for four years and has also been awarded the Keller Williams International Entrepreneur of the Year. Beyond his sales career, Mike is the Founder and past Operating Principle of the Northwest Region of Keller Williams Realty International. Starting with zero agents in 1998, and opening 26 offices that house over 4,500 agents all across the states of Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Alaska. Mike Mendoza has always been passionate about his community and local charities. He chaired the fundraising committees to build his neighborhood YMCA as well as his church. In addition, Mike has chaired and participated in countless charity golf tournaments.
