Our tenants are liable for any electric use overage that exceeds $100 per month. This is done to encourage the tenant to help conserve energy when the home is not being occupied, and to allow for monthly rental rates for summer stays to be lower. If there is an overage on the usage, it will be taken from the deposit. If usage exceeds the deposit amount the tenant is held liable for the cost of the overage. Cleaning fee is $275 per month, non-negotiable. (Cleaning fee can be withheld from damage deposit if tenant agrees).
No mailbox access is granted. It is recommended that tenants secure a postal box elsewhere.
This is a monthly rental only. 30-day rentals preferred. Maximum rental agreement 60-90 days, pending approval from owner. Showings may not be possible for bookings within 2 weeks of lease beginning.
