No privacy will be invaded and if there's anything that needs attention guest and owner will agree upon a date and request. -Furnished bedroom w/ Murphy bed than can be turned into a seating area. ?? ?? + 55" (premium content). -Full kitchen ?? -Living Room with spacious and comfortable sectional w/ 75" TV ?? + FreePremium Content -Laundry room ?? -Dedicated office with mountain views ?? w/ foldable twin XL bed - 1 Car garage ?? -All bills included -Corner private home with a huge yard and sitting area and charcoal grill. -Pests and weeds control services (outdoors) pre-scheduled year round. Absolutely No Smoking of any kind. Absolutely No parties. Absolutely No drugs. Return garage remote ($100 replacement fee+ programming if not returned) Do not take anything from the home if it isnt yours please (you will be charge fees). Damages of any kind should be reported immediately to be dealt with accordingly. No pets allowed (maybe in the future/TBA). No mail box nor services for guests. Guest can always contract a p.o. box @post office. (Amazon/packages are good) When checking out, leave the home as close to the condition as you first checked in.
