Queen Ann Victorian cottage located in downtown Prescott. Electric, Gas and Trash and Water are included in the rent. According to City Hall records the home was built between 1900 and 1910. It is listed on the historical registrar. There is a short walk to the downtown square, Whiskey Row, Sprouts Marketplace and a number of other restaurants, bars, and points of interest. The interior is painted in the colors reminiscent of Pablo Picasso's "Blue Stage", which took place at approximately the same time the house was constructed. With it's Art Deco accents the color scheme has a calming effect with a lively twist. There is excellent added lighting throughout the unit, with two large walk-in closets and a separate, private storage shed on the side of the house. During the day there is pleasant natural light, and during the evening, with all the added auxiliary lighting the place can seemingly be made to be as bright as you would like. Open the windows during the summer and often you can find a pleasant, cooling breeze. The front porch will be your private area as it comes exclusively with your place. In the backyard there is an extensive array of stone patios and a bar with a refrigerator, grill, speakers and television.
