The detached outdoor bar with its unique pass-through window makes it easy to serve drinks and snacks, whether you’re lounging inside or outside. Keep an eye out for the local wildlife, including deer, javelinas, and wild turkeys, creating a one-of-a-kind nature experience right from your cabin. The Laurel Home offers a fully stocked kitchen with high-end stainless appliances, a large refrigerator, ample cabinetry, and a large island with high seating. The living room features a 50” smart TV, a large plush sofa, an indoor fireplace, and high vaulted ceilings with expansive windows. The main bedroom on the upper level includes a king-sized bed, a smart TV, an indoor fireplace, a dedicated workspace, expansive windows, a private balcony, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom on the main level also has a king-sized bed and a smart TV, while the third bedroom offers a twin over full-sized bunk bed and a ceiling fan. Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $125 per stay, but no cats please. We kindly ask that your dog is crate trained and that you pick up after your dog. Parking is available in the driveway for up to 3 cars. Located in a prime area of Prescott, The Laurel Home is close to various attractions such as Watson Lake, Lynx Lake, Sharlot Hall Museum, and Whiskey Row, all within a short drive. Enjoy the scenic beauty of the Prescott mountains and explore the nearby restaurants offering a variety of dining options, from comfort food to fine dining, all about 4 miles away. Renting a car is a convenient option to explore the area at your own pace, making it easy to visit shopping centers, restaurants, and other points of interest. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. No parties are allowed, and violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property. An exterior camera is installed solely to monitor our cleaning team for quality and security purposes. A guest verification process is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation, including signing a rental agreement and providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in. A non-refundable $60 damage waiver is required, covering accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to check-out. Includes a dedicated workspace in the main bedroom with a desk and chair, perfect for remote work. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the cabin, ensuring you stay connected during your stay.
