The main living area offers comfy seating and a cozy atmosphere, perfect for gathering to enjoy games, shows, or movies on the large smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen is designed to inspire the chef in you, complete with large countertops, a large oven and cooktop, refrigerator, coffee maker, and all necessary utensils and dishware for six people. The dining area includes a family-style table with seating for four. Guests are welcome to use the laundry facilities at the main house on the premises with advance notice. Private parking is available, and up to two small dogs are allowed upon approval, but no cats. The primary booking guest must be 25 years of age and physically staying at the property, responsible for all guests. A House Guidebook and Manual will be provided electronically.
