Guests are welcome to use the laundry facilities at the main house on the premises with advance notice. Private parking is available, and up to two small dogs are allowed upon approval, but no cats. Guests are required to complete a Pre-Arrival Form and House Terms and Lease within 24 hours of booking, including a government ID. The primary booking guest must be 25 years of age and physically staying at the property, responsible for all guests. A house guidebook and manual will be provided electronically.
