The kitchen and living room have been recently remodeled and are equipped with the essentials for preparing meals and enjoying the space. The master bedroom is spacious and has a king size bed, an attached bathroom, ceiling fan and a lovely view of the backyard. The smaller bedroom has a queen-size bed, TV, and ceiling fan, and stays dark and cool during the summer mornings. The office is a sweet space to work or it can be set up with a twin bed as an additional room.The yard is very special, with old growth aligator juniper tree and an amazing display of the granite boulders that make Prescott a special place. The hospital is 1.3 miles away, downtown is 3 miles away and it is a 10 minute drive to a variety of trail heads. This a great home for a couple or family wishing to escape the heat or get to know Prescott.
