Outside, a fenced backyard allows plenty of room for pets to stretch their legs and humans to play, rest, and enjoy Prescott's natural setting. Both bedrooms are comfortably sized with ceiling fans. The primary has a walk-in closet and an ensuite bath with a double vanity. The guest room can fit one king size bed or two full size beds depending on your needs and has its own bathroom just across the hall. Forced air heat and central AC keep the house comfortable year-round. In-unit laundry with full-size washer and dryer, plus a two-car garage with a dedicated workshop area and direct interior access to the house. Sparklight internet available. Park in the garage or on the street. Self-managed by the owners. We live in Prescott and respond quickly.
