It’s a peaceful neighborhood with a suburban feel, yet still close to downtown Phoenix for all the city amenities. The home is 16 miles or 30 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX). Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. No parties or events are allowed, and there is a $1,000 fine for violations. No smoking is allowed inside the apartment, and there is a $500 fine for violations.
