Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. No parties or events are allowed, and there is a $1,000 fine for violations. No smoking is allowed inside the apartment, and there is a $500 fine for violations. No tampering with noise monitors or cameras is allowed, and there is a $500 fine for violations.
