This is a short term rental and term of occupancy is based on owner approval. Application must be submitted and approved prior to scheduling an in person viewing with an agent. $1000 Deposit due in advance with $500 of said deposit being a NON-Refundable cleaning fee. Advertised rent is based on a monthly rent for a minimum of 1 month and maximum of 3 months during off season months. Weekly rent is $1200/wk for up to 3 weeks. $2500 per month. Monthly Rent may fluctuate depending on season. Terms can be negotiable but must be owner approved.
