The following breeds (purebred and/or any mixed form) are currently restricted: Akita, American Bulldog, Chow Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky Breeds, Malamute, Pit Bull Breeds, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, and St. Bernard. With easy access to major attractions, this apartment is a chic and relaxing retreat. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am every day. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. No parties or events/gatherings are allowed. If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. If the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning, you may be charged extra for cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $500 fee.
