The living room features a sofa bed and chair, a 4K 55" HDR Smart TV, and a coffee table. The bedroom features a queen-size bed with pillows, linens, and sheets and a reading lamp. Parking is available on the premises and instructions will be given at check-in. Pets are welcome with a fee of $20 per night. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats and dogs are allowed. Pet combined weight limit is up to 80 pounds. The following breeds (purebred and/or any mixed form) are currently restricted: Akita, American Bulldog, Chow Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky Breeds, Malamute, Pit Bull Breeds, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, and St. Bernard. Early check-in and check-out may be available at a fee of $35 for 2 hours, and you must message 24 hours beforehand to see if this request can be authorized. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy. If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, including balconies and in or around the building. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. If the noise monitors are tampered with, there will be a fee. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $500 fee. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check out fee.
