Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals, and an additional cleaning fee of $20 per night is required per pet. The combined pet weight limit is up to 80 pounds. The following breeds (purebred and/or any mixed form) are currently restricted: Akita, American Bulldog, Chow Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky Breeds, Malamute, Pit Bull Breeds, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, and St. Bernard. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. Early check-in/check-out may be accommodated at a fee of $35 for 2 hours, and you must message 24 hours beforehand to see if this request can be authorized. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the apartment, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, and if any signs of smoking are found in the apartment or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. If tampered with, there will be a fee for the noise monitors installed in the apartment. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check-out fee. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning.
