The living room features a sofa bed, chair, 4K 55" HDR smart TV, and coffee table. The bedroom features a queen-size bed with pillows, linens, and sheets, an office desk and chair, and reading lamps. The full bathroom is stocked with essential toiletries, including a bath with a shower, wash basin, mirror, toilet, towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Parking is available on the premises, and instructions will be given at check-in. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals, and an additional cleaning fee of $20 per night is required per pet. To avoid having your reservation canceled, please inform us in advance about bringing a pet. Restrictions include a pet combined weight limit of up to 80 pounds. The following breeds (purebred and/or any mixed form) are currently restricted: Akita, American Bulldog, Chow Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky Breeds, Malamute, Pit Bull Breeds, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, St. Bernard. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. Early check-in/check-out may be accommodated at a fee of $35/2 hours, and you must message us 24 hours beforehand to see if we can authorize this request. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am every day, and noise complaints or any violation of this rule may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy, and if there is a party of any kind, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, and if any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. There are noise monitors installed in our units that measure the noise levels in decibels, and if tampered with, there will be a fee. There are security cameras in the hallways for security. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $500 fee. For a delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check-out fee. If you are bringing a pet(s), please let us know beforehand for the fees, otherwise there will be a fine of $500 if discovered.
