The fully equipped, modern kitchen includes a microwave, stove and oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and essentials, electric kettle, sink with hot/cold water, glassware, silverware, and pots and pans. The bedrooms are designed for restful nights and productive days, each with a queen-size bed with fresh linens, a desk and chair for work, and reading lamps. Each private full bathroom is stocked with essentials, including a tub/shower combo, sink and mirror, toilet, towels and washcloths, and starter toiletries. On-site parking is available, and detailed instructions will be provided at check-in. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals, and an additional cleaning fee of $20 per night is required. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. Restrictions apply to the following breeds (purebred and/or any mixed form): Akita, American Bulldog, Chow Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky Breeds, Malamute, Pit Bull Breeds, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, St. Bernard. Depending on our cleaning schedule, early check-in/check-out may be accommodated at a fee of $35 for 2 hours, and you must message us 24 hours beforehand to see if we can authorize this request. Perfectly positioned near top dining, shopping, and entertainment, this apartment offers seamless access to the area’s best attractions and a peaceful ambiance suited for families, friends, or business travelers. Guest verification is required, and local bookings are not accepted. All guests must be 23 years old and above. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. There are noise monitors installed in the apartment that measure noise levels in decibels, and tampering with them will result in a fee. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am every day, and noise complaints or any violation of this rule may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy, and if there is a party of any kind, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the apartment, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, and if any signs of smoking are found in the apartment or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $500 fee.
