The bedroom includes a bed with pillows, linens, and sheets, an office desk and chair, and reading lamps. The full bathroom is stocked with essential toiletries, including towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Parking is available on the premises, and instructions will be given at check-in. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals with a fee of $20 per pet per night. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. The pet combined weight limit is up to 80 pounds. The following breeds (purebred and/or any mixed form) are currently restricted: Akita, American Bulldog, Chow Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky Breeds, Malamute, Pit Bull Breeds, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, St. Bernard. This spot offers easy access to local attractions and a stylish, relaxing place to unwind. All guests must be 23 years old and above. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. There are noise monitors installed in the apartment that measure noise levels in decibels.
