Enjoy amenities such as 100mbps+ internet, modern decor, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, a washer and dryer, complimentary coffee, and a patio. Enjoy access to the resort-style heated pool, jacuzzi hot tub, fitness center, large outdoor fireplace, BBQ area, and arcade. A pet fee between $100-$300 will be collected separately, based on stay length, for a maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined). All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. Ideally located close to different attractions, this condo is just a quick drive or Uber/Lyft ride away from shopping, dining, and golf courses in greater Phoenix. Enjoy live music, movies, football, and dining all in one place, just across the street from the building. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. No weapons or drugs are allowed. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests traveling with an emotional support animal may be charged a pet fee, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old for out of town guests and 25 years old for local guests.
