Decor and layout may vary slightly from photos, as there are multiple units in the building. A pet fee between $100 and $300 will be collected separately, based on the length of your stay. Maximum of 2 pets allowed (40lbs combined) and pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. A $500 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty applies for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. No weapons or drugs are allowed.
