The apartment also features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a fully equipped kitchen, 100mbps+ internet, modern decor, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, a patio, and complimentary coffee. Pets are welcome with an additional fee of $100-300 based on stay length. Ideally located close to different attractions, this apartment is in Glendale, right in the Westgate entertainment area. Enjoy live music, movies, football, and dining all in one place, just across the street from the building. It is a quick drive or Uber/Lyft ride to different attractions. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Quiet hours are between 9 PM and 8 AM. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (a $75/hr late fee applies). There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed (40lbs combined) and no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs [or similar breeds] are permitted. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences.
