A pet fee between $100 and $300 will be collected separately, based on stay length, with a maximum of two pets (40lbs combined). All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. It's also ideally located close to different attractions, just a quick drive or Uber/Lyft ride away. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the condo, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day.
