Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. Weapons and drugs are prohibited; police will be called for violating this rule. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. There is an additional fee for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. Guests must agree to be bound by the rental terms and conditions and acknowledge that they will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
