Ideally located close to different attractions, this apartment is just a quick drive or Uber/Lyft ride away from anywhere in the Westgate entertainment area. Enjoy live music, movies, football, and dining all in one place, just across the street from the building. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Quiet hours are between 9 PM and 8 AM. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (a $75/hr late fee applies). There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest is provided per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of two pets are allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds. An additional pet fee of $100-300 applies based on stay length, collected separately. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule.
