Pool access is available where allowed by season and weather. A pet fee between $100 and $300 will be collected separately, based on stay length, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this condo, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking, and the minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay.
