This apartment is equipped with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a fully equipped kitchen, 100mbps+ internet, modern decor, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, and a washer/dryer. Complimentary coffee is provided for your enjoyment. Great amenities await you, including a resort-style heated pool, a jacuzzi hot tub, a fitness center, a large outdoor fireplace, a BBQ area, and an arcade. Pool access is available where allowed by season and weather. A pet fee of $100 to $300 will be collected separately, based on the length of your stay. Maximum of two pets allowed, with a combined weight limit of 40lbs, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. A $500 penalty will be assessed for removing smoke detectors, and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am each day. Guests must not disturb neighbors at any time during the stay. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. In some instances, a criminal background check may be required. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check. One towel per guest is provided per stay. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property.
