The apartment also features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a fully equipped kitchen, 100mbps+ internet, modern decor, a smart TV with streaming apps installed, a washer/dryer, complimentary coffee, and a patio. Pets are welcome with an additional fee of $100-300 based on stay length. There is a maximum of two pets allowed, with a combined weight limit of 40lbs, and some breed restrictions apply. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. Ideally located close to different attractions, this apartment is just a quick drive or Uber/Lyft ride away. It is located in Glendale, right in the Westgate entertainment area where you can enjoy live music, movies, football, and dining all in one place, just across the street from the building. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. Removing smoke detectors or losing key fobs will result in a $200 penalty. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a late fee of $75 per hour. Outside guests are not allowed without permission. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking.
